Vacation Cash Out
The Company offers the option of a vacation cash out for eligible employees.
Under this program, eligible employees may cash out in eight (8) hour increments, a minimum of sixteen (16) hours and up to a maximum of forty (40) hours of accrued vacation. The vacation cash out opportunity occurs twice a year following the first pay period in February and August. To qualify you will need to meet the 40/40 requirement. This is:
- have used at least 40 hours of vacation time in the period prior to the cash out and,
- have at least a minimum balance of 40 hours after the cash out.

During the Vacation Cash out periods, an email communication will be sent to employees with instructions on requesting this through Workday.
